$350 Per Night For 1-8 Guests +$25 Each Additional Guest Per Night. (20 Guests Max) 2 Night Min (Sun-Wed Check-In)/3 Night Min (Thur-Sat Check-In).

+ 6% WV Sales Tax, 6% Hotel/Motel Tax, & Booking Fees.

Rental Policies

  • Parking For Up To 4 Trucks/ 4 Trailers
  • No Smoking In House $300 Fee Per Room.
  • Please remove muddy shoes/boots before entering.
  • Pets Allowed +$125 Fee
    • Pets Must Be Crated When Left Alone.
    • Renters are responsible for any and all damages by the pet.
  • We do not provide a daily maid service but cleanings can be scheduled for an additional fee.
  • All lodging are set up for duration of your stay. Please contact us if your number of guests change from time of booking.
  • Groups staying at other locations must be preapproved before joining you for gathering on the property.
  • Quite hours 11:00pm- Daylight
  • Renter must be 21 years of age or over.
  • Renter is responsible for any and all damages to rooms, appliances, & furniture during their rental!
  • Upon Checkout: please sweep up room of any excess dirt, pick up/throw away all trash, & place all dirty towels, hand towels, & wash cloths in laundry baskets located in bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelations prior to 30 days or before of the check-in date will result in the loss of 25% of the deposit placed at booking.
  • Cancelations within 29 days to the check-in date will result in loss of deposit placed at booking.
  • Cancelations made the day of check-in or after will result in loss of the total stay.
  • There is no refund for failure to show, early departure, or bad weather.

Twin Hollow reserves the right to delete, add, or modify any/and or all these policies at any time without notice or notification.
Any changes become effective immediately whether or not this or any publication from Twin Hollow is amended to reflect those changes.
