All SXS Rentals Require a $15 per day Insurance Fee & $1000 Damage Security Hold Per Machine upon pickup.
Rentals Cancelation Policies & Refunding
Half the total for Machine Rentals.
Machine Rental Cancelations received prior to 30 days of the rental date will receive a refund of deposit made at booking less 25%.
Machine Rental Cancelations made within 30 days of the rental date will result in the loss of deposit made at booking.
Machine Rental Cancelations made on the date of the rental &/or tour booking will result in the loss of the deposit made at booking and will incur the total amount remaining owed for the rental and/or tour.
The will be no refund for no shows, early return, or bad weather.
SXS Rentals Terms & Policies
All SXS Rentals Require a $15 (per day) Insurance Fee & $1000 Damage Security Hold Per Machine upon pickup. (Renters Are Responsible For Up To $2500 In Damages To SXS Rental Units Not Including Towing/Recovery)
Renters Must Be 21 Years of Age or older with a Valid Drivers License
(Drivers must be 18 Years or older, 21 Years of Age or older if any passengers are under 18 years of age).
All guests must obey Hatfield-McCoy Trail Rules and Regulations set forth by the West Virginia State Legislature HB 4488, 20-14-8 & Mountaintop Adventures Rules & Procedures.
